Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here might have some insight or theories about something that's been on my mind about the Georgetown County case. I was reading up on the tragic deaths of Melvin Wise and Andrene Stewart, and I'm just struck by the part where both Patricia Wise and Wilbur Lang were charged with being accessories after the fact. Does anyone else find it a bit strange how close this case is like to a family affair? I'm curious about the potential dynamics there—Patricia shares a last name with one of the victims, and with families visiting from out of state, you start to wonder about the relationships between everyone involved. I can't imagine the pain and confusion for the families trying to piece everything together, especially from so far away.
