I've been following the case of Kayla Beason and James Robinson since it happened, and I keep thinking about the impact on their loved ones. Losing someone to such senseless violence is something no family should ever have to go through. From what I read, Kayla was so well-loved by everyone around her and had such a vibrant spirit. It's upsetting to think that her life and James's were cut short in such a tragic manner, and yet there's still no news on who is responsible.
I'm really hoping that the investigators are making progress behind the scenes and that justice will eventually be served. The community has shown so much support for their families, and that GoFundMe campaign is a touching example of how people can come together in tough times.
