Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of De'Vonta McMillian and can't stop thinking about the ripple effects this has had on the community of Louisville. I was particularly struck by what I read about Richard Vaughn, the 62-year-old bystander who was injured during the shooting. Being caught up in such a chaotic and violent situation is unimaginable, especially when he was just a passerby going about his day. It's heart-wrenching to think about the trauma that must linger with Richard and the families of all involved. I'm hoping that sharing and discussing these stories will maybe help others come forward with more information. It truly feels like the whole community is holding its breath for closure and justice. Praying for healing and peace for everyone touched by this tragedy. If anyone has any news about how Richard is doing or has heard updates about the investigation, I'd love to hear.
