I've been following Robert Hight's case since it first came to my attention in 2021, and something that's really struck me is how little attention it's received compared to other missing persons cases. I know that cases involving older individuals don't always grab headlines the way others might, but the possibility that Robert may be dealing with dementia or a similar condition makes this so urgent. I can't help but wonder about the moments leading up to his disappearance. Was there anything unusual about the day he went missing? Did anyone see him just before or notice anything out of the ordinary? I've seen Silver Alerts work rapidly in similar situations by alerting the public, so it puzzles me why some cases, like Robert's, don't gain more traction. If anyone knows more about how these alerts are prioritized or has any piece of the puzzle, no matter how small, it could make a huge difference. It's important to keep his name circulating to help generate any leads. Let's hope the NYPD gets the vital tip they need soon.

Does anyone know if Robert Hight had any favorite spots he liked to visit in Brooklyn? Sometimes people with dementia or Alzheimer's are found near places they have an emotional connection to. It’s possible that he might have wandered off to a place that felt familiar or comforting to him. Familiarity is a big draw for those dealing with memory issues. It would be great if locals could check parks, coffee shops, or any other common gathering spots where someone might linger. If anyone has seen him or thinks they’ve spotted an elderly man who might fit his description, don't hesitate to reach out to the NYPD Missing Persons Squad. Let’s keep looking out for each other and hopefully bring Robert home safely.

Hey everyone, I've been following Robert Hight's case pretty closely, and one aspect that puzzles me is the lack of surveillance footage. Brooklyn is usually covered with cameras, right? It's surprising there's no mention of any leads from CCTV around the area where he was last seen. Given his age and the possibility of mental health issues, you’d think surveillance would be a primary tool in the search efforts. Anyone else think there might be footage that just hasn't been released yet, or are they possibly keeping it quiet for investigative reasons? It’s just something that’s been on my mind. What do you all think?
