Does anyone else find it deeply frustrating how little cooperation there seems to be from the party attendees in the Martell Jackson case? I understand that it must have been a chaotic and terrifying situation, but it's hard to fathom that none of the dozens of people there have come forward with concrete information. I'm trying to put myself in their shoes, and I get that there's fear of retaliation, but we're talking about a man's life here—a father, son, maybe even a brother.
I think about the family Martell left behind and how difficult it must be for them, not just to grieve but to have to wait and wonder if the truth of what happened that night will ever come to light. It’s good to hear that Sheriff-Elect Curtis Pope is taking initiative alongside Sheriff Nail, but it must feel like an uphill battle without those key witness testimonies.
Hoping someone finds the courage to step up soon. We owe it to Martell and his loved ones to piece together what truly happened and to prevent this sort of tragedy from devastating another family in the future. Keeping my fingers crossed for a break in the case.

It’s been a few weeks since the shooting, and there hasn't been much news about what they found from the examination at the State Crime Lab. Vehicles often hold critical evidence, so understanding what they’ve uncovered could be key in piecing together the events of that night.
I hope the authorities are able to gather all the necessary evidence soon. Jackson’s family and the Ethel community deserve closure. If anyone has heard anything new, please share. It’s so important that we support one another and keep the conversation alive to help bring justice for Martell.
