It’s startling to think about the circumstances that might lead a teenager like Christian Powell to such a tragic outcome. What’s happening in our communities that’s causing this rise in youth violence? My heart goes out to Charles Brown's family. I can't imagine the pain they're going through right now. It’s a sad reality that we need to address as a society — finding better ways to support our youth to prevent more tragedies like this.
