Hi everyone,
This case hits really close to home, and I've been reflecting a lot on what might have gone down in the seconds leading to the tragic event. One aspect I find troubling is the location of the shooting—inside the restroom at Premier Sports Bar and Grill. It's typically a place where people think they're away from prying eyes, which makes it seem even more sinister.
I keep thinking about the sheer chaos and terror everyone must have felt in that moment. It’s clear that the assailant knew exactly what they were doing and where to corner Damarius Cooley and the other person. Could it have been a planned encounter, or was the restroom just somewhere they ended up during an argument? My heart goes out to Adreanna and the rest of Cooley's family; the idea of being so close and not knowing something so awful would occur must be tormenting.
Considering the arrest of Clifton McGruder, I wonder if there was any history leading up to this point. Was there prior conflict between him and Cooley? It’s unsettling to think that someone walked into that bar with the intent to cause harm.
Hoping for some closure as the investigation unfolds. If anyone has more insights or thoughts, I’d love to discuss it.

Has anyone else been intrigued by the timing of everything in this case? Adreanna, Damarius’s sister, was with him just 20 minutes before the shooting. That’s such a short window of time. I can’t help but wonder what transpired in those final moments. Did anything seem off while they were together before she left, or was it just an ordinary night out? It must be incredibly difficult for Adreanna, knowing she was with her brother right before this tragedy. I truly hope she has a strong support system to help her through this. It just makes me wonder if there are any other folks who might have noticed something unusual leading up to the incident. Staying hopeful that the investigation brings more answers soon for everyone affected.
