I stumbled upon Robert Kobel’s case while browsing through missing persons reports in Oregon, and I'm really puzzled by the lack of information available. Scio is a small town, and you'd think that in close-knit communities like that, people would notice if someone was missing. But it seems like Robert’s disappearance didn't receive much attention, even locally.
Has anyone here ever lived in or near Scio? How do cases like this usually unfold in small towns? I’m just trying to understand if there's a reason his case is flying under the radar. I've heard of rural areas having their own way of handling things, but it's strange there hasn’t been more media coverage, right? It feels like he's just become another name on a list. If anyone has any insights or has heard locals talk about Robert or the efforts being made to find him, it would be great to hear.
