I can't stop thinking about the situation with Mr. Slack's dementia and how it might have played a role in this tragedy. It's incredibly complex and heartbreaking for all involved. My grandmother had dementia, and I know how disorienting it can be for someone suffering from it and for the family caring for them. Angela dedicated her life to helping others, so she surely had compassion for Slack. It's devastating to think that someone she was caring for might be involved in her death. I hope the investigators can shed more light on how his condition influenced what happened. My heart aches for both families, and I hope they find some peace and understanding through this difficult time.
