Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Jacoby Ty'Quan Morris, and something that's been on my mind is the role of community involvement in solving this case. Flint is no stranger to crime, but in a tight-knit community like ours, people talk, and I believe someone knows something that could help the investigation.
I keep thinking about how Jacoby was well-known for his outgoing and generous nature. It's so hard to believe that no one saw or heard anything that day on Balsam Lane. Witnesses can be hesitant to speak up, but it's so important for the community to come together now and provide any information, no matter how small it may seem.
I feel so deeply for Lisa and the rest of Jacoby's family, who are probably struggling with so many questions right now. If you’re from Flint, or know someone who is, please remind them that even anonymous tips could be the key to getting justice for Jacoby and peace for his family.
Let’s hope some new information comes to light soon. My thoughts are with Jacoby’s loved ones.
Stay safe,

It's been incredibly difficult trying to wrap my mind around Jacoby's murder, and my heart truly goes out to his family. I found myself reflecting on how senseless violence disrupts lives and leaves families shattered. It's disheartening to see Jacoby become the first homicide victim in Flint for 2024, a community already faced with so much.
Does anyone know if there have been any updates on the investigation? It's been a couple of weeks now, and I imagine every moment without answers must feel like an eternity for his family. Jacoby's passion for life, his hobbies, and especially his love for family reminds us all of what was lost. I hope the authorities can bring some closure and justice for him soon. If anyone has more information on what the community is doing to support the family, it would be great to share.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the timing of Jacoby Morris's murder. It just breaks my heart to know this happened so close to the New Year. While everyone else was celebrating new beginnings and fresh starts, Jacoby’s family was being plunged into grief and despair. I can't even imagine the pain they’re going through.
The shooting took place on the north side of Flint in broad daylight, on Balsam Lane. It’s really disturbing to think that someone out there was brazen enough to commit such a violent act with no regard for the people living in that neighborhood. I live pretty close to Flint, and it makes you wonder, isn't there anyone who saw something that could help catch whoever did this?
I hope the family has a strong support system around them during this difficult time. Prayers for Jacoby’s mom, Lisa, and his brothers. If anyone in the community has information, I really hope they’ll come forward and help bring some peace and justice to his loved ones. Stay safe, everyone.
