I've been following the case of Evin Paulos and came across something that made me wonder. When someone is missing for over a year and then found like this, how does law enforcement handle the investigation? Is there any standard procedure for gathering fresh evidence so long after the crime? I've read that sometimes footprints or even overlooked objects can tell a story, but what about after a year in a public area like Pinnacle Peak and Cave Creek roads? It's so tragic that his family has to endure this pain while waiting for justice. My thoughts go out to Eviein and her family during this incredibly challenging time. It would be great if anyone with insight or experience in investigations like these could share their knowledge. Every little bit might help bring some form of closure to the Paulos family.
