Just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the community meeting held last night regarding Paris Anton Powe's tragic death. It was powerful to see so many folks from Kalamazoo come together to discuss gun violence and safety concerns. Hearing from Powe's family was particularly moving; their strength and determination to seek justice were palpable. I think we can all agree that we need to stand behind them and push for changes to prevent future tragedies. If anyone couldn't make it to the meeting, the consensus seemed to be clear: we have to look out for each other, and it's time for our voices to be heard on this issue. Let’s keep them in our thoughts and not let this momentum fade.
