Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Richard Webb's case lately and wanted to discuss something that doesn't get as much attention: the role of local community centers and organizations in cases like these.
From what I've seen, Richard was really involved in his community, and it makes me wonder if the community centers he frequented did anything special to help the search efforts. I read somewhere that organizing events or awareness campaigns in such venues can really boost visibility when someone goes missing.
Does anyone know if any local centers around Charleston took part in the search efforts for Richard or organized events to keep his memory alive? I'm curious if any regulars at those places noticed something or if the staff helped in any meaningful way. It feels like these spots could be untapped resources in missing persons cases, considering how many people pass through their doors every day.
Would love to hear any insights or if anyone else has seen this happen in other missing persons cases!
