Hey everyone, just wanted to discuss an odd twist in Kimberley Jean Bunton's disappearance case that's been bugging me. It’s curious how Edward D. Jones, the friend Kimberley called after leaving the McDonald's, seems to have such a pivotal role in what happened after she went missing. The fact that he passed away from a fentanyl overdose just a few months later is so eerie considering the circumstances of Kimberley's disappearance. I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around why, despite the confirmations from Allen and Graham about what happened that night, no charges related to her disappearance were filed. I get that without a body it's tough, but it feels like there might still be enough to at least keep digging into this. Plus, the fact that all three were involved with fentanyl is, at the very least, an angle that should continue to be explored by the authorities if it could somehow shed light on any other details surrounding Kimberley's last known moments. Curious if anyone else has thoughts on why the investigation might have hit such a standstill, even with these testimonies? It seems like there might be more to uncover, or am I missing something?
