I'm honestly struggling to wrap my head around this one. It seems like there's always more to these stories than what we hear on the surface. I keep thinking about Catherine's claim of legal blindness preventing her from shooting Thomas. It’s really got me thinking about how disabilities can be perceived or misused in legal defenses. I feel for Thomas's loved ones and can't imagine how complicated this makes their grief. They must have so many unanswered questions. How do we reconcile someone's disability claims with forensic evidence like gunshot residue? It’s just a whole other layer that’s tough to comprehend. Anyone else have thoughts on how these factors might play into the legal process or the jury's decision?
