Has anyone else noticed the timeline discrepancies? Ms. Mendez supposedly ran away to stay with some cousins in Virginia, but when law enforcement checked, it turned out she never showed up there. That makes me wonder if there is more to this story. Maybe she intended to go, but something happened on the way? I can't help but think about the possibility of foul play. Did she have any enemies or issues in her personal life leading up to her disappearance? This case is puzzling. I've seen missing person cases before where initial information not lining up triggered big breaks in the investigation. What do you all think – could these timeline gaps hold the key?
