Has anyone else been pressing for details on the timeline surrounding the arrest of Chantelle Grayson's alleged killer? I keep thinking about how scary it must have been knowing that the suspect was on the loose for such a critical amount of time, especially being under Department of Corrections supervision. It feels like that could have been a preventable situation if the system had worked as it should. Were there any warnings or alerts put out to local residents during those tense weeks?
