Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic story of Roderick Loi Belford's death at the Meeker Street Bar & Grill and have been thinking a lot about the role of bar security in these situations. It's devastating to think that a night out could escalate to such a terrible outcome. I'm wondering if anyone here has insights into how security protocols at bars are usually handled and if there might have been a way for the staff to intervene before the situation turned violent. Could they have called the police sooner, or were there any warning signs that might have been missed? My heart goes out to Roderick’s family and friends. It's just so painful to see a life cut short like this.

Was anyone else taken aback by the fact that both men went back inside the bar before the tragic shooting occurred? It makes you wonder what prompted both of them to re-enter after the fight spilled outside. Were they trying to de-escalate the situation, or was there more to the story that we don't know yet? It’s such a devastating loss for Roderick and his loved ones, and it just seems like there might have been an opportunity somewhere in there to prevent this tragedy. Hoping the investigators shed some light on this part of the timeline because it feels like a crucial piece in understanding how things escalated so drastically.
