I’ve been following Savannah Feiler’s case closely, and something that's really been sticking with me is the impact on the family, especially having this happen right near such a well-known community spot like Percival Creek. The photos of the scene are haunting, and it's so hard to imagine the trauma and loss her loved ones must be feeling. I hope the community can rally around them during this unbelievably difficult time. Also, I noticed discussions about Steven Messex and Amanda Fontaine being linked to local homeless camps as so-called “enforcers.” It's troubling to think this incident might reflect larger, ongoing issues that the community hasn’t addressed sufficiently. Are there prevention programs or support systems we could advocate for in Olympia to address violence and provide assistance to those in vulnerable situations? My thoughts and prayers go out to Savannah’s family and friends.

I can’t stop thinking about how Savannah's partner must be feeling after witnessing such a horrific tragedy. Imagine being in such a terrifying situation, and then trying desperately to save a loved one’s life. It's a nightmare scenario that no one should ever have to experience. The emotional toll on them must be unbearable. I've read that people have stepped up to support Savannah's family, which is such a beautiful thing to see amidst all this pain. Community support can be so vital in times of crisis. I do hope her partner is getting all the help and support they surely need right now. Does anyone know if there's been any discussion about available counseling or support services? Sending strength and love to all who knew Savannah. Let’s keep championing for justice and keeping her memory alive.
