I've been following the tragic case of James Chapman and really feel for his family, especially after hearing testimonies from the trial. One thing that stuck out to me was how incredibly brave Martina Moore was that night. Imagine being in such a terrifying situation, injured, and then somehow finding the strength to fight back and disarm the attacker. Her courage definitely played a role in Williams eventually being caught. I can't even begin to fathom the trauma she's experienced, not just from the attack itself but from losing someone she loved. I hope she's surrounded by loved ones and receiving all the support she needs to heal. Chapman’s family also seems incredibly strong, particularly his mom, Lasoneya. The way she opened up about the impact on their family was really moving. I sincerely hope they find some peace with the outcome of the trial. What a journey this must have been for all of them. Sending lots of love and strength their way.
