Hey everyone, I've been following the situation with the Greyhound bus terminal in Columbus and it's really weighing on my mind. I start thinking about the safety concerns that residents have been raising since the terminal moved there just a few months back. This community has been dealing with so much tension and fear, and unfortunately, Rhys Jones's tragic death seems like it could have been avoided if these issues had been addressed sooner. It's really upsetting when you hear about someone losing their life in what should be a routine part of their day. Catching a bus shouldn't end in tragedy. My heart goes out to Rhys's family and friends. I can't even imagine the pain they're going through. The city's lawsuit against the terminal's owners shows there were clear warnings about the public nuisance the terminal was causing. Yet, it feels like action was just too slow. Do you guys think the terminal will end up moving again, or is there a way it can be made safer? I really hope the city takes strong measures to ensure something like this never happens again.
