I’ve been following Alyson Appling-France’s case closely, and it just leaves me at a loss for words. I can't stop thinking about how those two innocent little girls will grow up with the trauma of witnessing something so horrific. No child should ever have to endure something like that. I’m relieved to see justice served with Skanes and Beasley receiving life sentences. But the fact that Clarence Bennett is still out there is unnerving. I hope the authorities catch him soon, not only for Alyson and her family but for the safety of the entire community. Has anyone else heard any updates about the search for Bennett? I check the news every so often, hoping to hear that he’s been apprehended. My thoughts are with Alyson’s family, especially her daughters—it’s hard to even imagine what they’re going through.
