I've been following the case of young Justice Jenkins, and it's deeply unsettling to think about the impact it's had on all those involved, especially the kids who were present that day. I can't even imagine how confusing and terrifying that must have been for them. It brings to light how crucial it is to have conversations about gun safety with children in a way they can understand. No child should have to endure such trauma, and it's a stark reminder for all of us to ensure guns are securely stored and out of reach. I just hope the family receives the support they need to heal during such a challenging time.
