I've been following Arty Stanford's case closely, and something that's been sticking in my mind is the lack of security footage or eyewitness accounts. In a neighborhood where people typically watch out for one another, it's strange that no one seems to have seen or heard anything substantial. This makes me wonder if the person responsible is somehow hiding in plain sight, perhaps even someone familiar with the area. I can't begin to imagine the pain Arty's family must be going through, and my heart truly goes out to them. I really hope someone who knows something decides to speak up soon. Cincinnati, like many places, needs to confront how we approach community safety, especially when it comes to protecting our children. Fingers crossed that the authorities can piece together what they need from the information available and bring some clarity and justice to Arty's family.
