I've been following Gary Peterson's case for some time now, and one thing that really sticks out to me is the lack of surveillance footage or witnesses from the night he was killed. I know it's been over a decade, and technology wasn't as advanced then, but it seems strange there’s such a void of information. Jacksonville is a big place, and I'm sure people were out and about. It's difficult to fathom how no one saw anything that night or if they did, why they're not coming forward. It's really tough on the family, especially since it’s been this long without any answers. I can’t imagine the pain of not knowing what happened to a loved one, and I hope that with advancements in technology and new eyes on the case, someone might recall even the smallest detail that could help piece things together. If you're from Jacksonville and were around back then, even if something seemed insignificant at the time, your information could be crucial. It's these unsolved cases that weigh heavy, not just on the families, but on the whole community because it means justice hasn't been served, and that's not fair to anyone, especially to Gary.
