Has anyone else been following the updates from the Albuquerque Police on the Colin Hunter case? It's so distressing to think that this happened in our community and that the person responsible is still out there. I grew up around northwest Albuquerque, and it's unsettling to think this happened so close to home.
I've been trying to keep up with any developments, hoping they find the perpetrator soon. The lack of information about a motive or suspects is really frustrating. It's hard to comprehend why someone would do this, especially when we don't have any details. I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through right now. Just hoping they find some peace and justice sooner rather than later.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the timing of this terrible incident. Does anyone know if there were any witness reports from around 5 a.m. in northwest Albuquerque? It’s such an early hour, but maybe someone in the neighborhood noticed something unusual or heard a noise that might help piece the puzzle together. My heart goes out to Colin Hunter’s family and friends. It’s devastating to think that someone could be out there who knows what happened and hasn’t come forward yet. Albuquerque residents, please stay alert, and let’s hope for some answers soon.
I've been reading about Colin Hunter's case, and I can't stop thinking about how this could have happened so early in the morning while most of us are still asleep. It's unsettling to imagine what must have transpired during those early hours on that fateful day. The fact that there are no leads or suspects announced by the police yet is frustrating and must be incredibly hard for Colin's loved ones. This uncertainty can be so painful when you're seeking justice for a friend or family member. I sincerely hope that the investigation by the Gun Violence Reduction Unit can shed some light soon, and those responsible are caught. Let's not forget Colin’s story amidst the many gun violence cases—we owe it to him and all who cared about him to keep pushing for answers. If anyone in the community knows anything, I hope they come forward and help APD with their investigation.
