I've been following the case of Damion Alday very closely and something that's been on my mind is the alarming trend of youth getting involved in violent crimes. It's really difficult to wrap my head around how three teenagers could be involved in something so senseless and tragic. The fact that the Garcia siblings and Andres Herrera, all so young, are now caught up in this nightmare is incredibly troubling. It makes me wonder about the influences in their lives, and what could have possibly pushed them towards such drastic actions. Damion was so young and had his entire life ahead of him; my heart goes out to his family and friends as they try to navigate through this devastating time. This case serves as a stark reminder of how important it is for the community to come together and work towards preventing youth violence by offering more support and guidance for our young people. Thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by this tragedy.
