I'm absolutely devastated for Kelly Heath and her family. I can't imagine the pain they're going through right now, especially knowing the history of abuse and the way it tragically ended. What really puzzles me is how someone with such a long criminal record like Andrew Wittenberg was released just weeks before this happened. It’s frustrating when the system fails to protect people. I understand everything can’t be predicted, but when is enough enough? A lot of times in these cases, signs are evident yet somehow fall through the cracks. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this senseless tragedy.
