Is anyone else reflecting on the complexities of familial relationships in cases like this? It’s difficult to grasp how someone could harm their own family, especially a mother who has been part of their life since day one. I can't help but wonder about the impact of Justin's criminal history and what the family might have endured through the years. It's just so distressing to think about Liza and the fear she must have felt in those final moments, trying to help her son. My heart goes out to her husband—having to live with such a traumatic experience is unimaginable. Would love to hear thoughts on support networks for families dealing with a troubled family member. How can communities better support them to perhaps prevent such tragedies?

Has anyone looked into how Justin Davidson was able to obtain those rifles from the gun show? It’s baffling to me and deeply concerning that firearms could end up in the wrong hands this way. As someone who visits gun shows occasionally, I know there are supposed to be checks in place to prevent this kind of thing. Aren’t there supposed to be measures to track stolen weapons? My heart goes out to Liza’s family—especially her husband. How devastating it must be to lose a loved one in such a violent and unexpected manner. Anyone have more insight about gun show security, or has this kind of breach happened before?
