I’ve been following the case of Carnell D. Russell, and one aspect that’s really been on my mind is the response time of the local law enforcement. I’m curious about how quickly they were able to arrive at the scene after the initial reports of gunfire. It seems like every minute counts in situations like these, and I wonder if there were any delays that might have impacted what could be done to help him. It’s incredibly difficult to think about what his family must be going through right now, and I can’t imagine the pain they’re feeling. I hope the authorities are doing everything they can to piece together what happened that night and that they keep the community updated. Does anyone have any insights or information on how emergency response times are handled in these situations in Minneapolis?
