Has anyone else attended the memorial services for Penny and Kristy? I've been struggling to process the overwhelming sadness of this loss, but being there surrounded by people who loved and cherished them both was somehow comforting. The way community members came together to honor Penny’s life and the sacrifices Kristy made was truly moving. As someone who only knew Penny through the temple, I was amazed to hear all the stories her loved ones shared about her kindness and generosity. Her compassion and dedication to her family were evident in every word spoken. It was also touching to see such a diverse gathering, with people sharing prayers and fond memories despite the language barriers. If anyone else was there and is willing to share how they’re coping, I’d really appreciate your thoughts. It’s been hard trying to make sense of this tragedy, and I know I’m not alone in this feeling.
