I came across Juan Garcia's case, and it made me think about how critical technology has become in these investigations. With his disappearance, it's likely that detectives are reviewing surveillance footage, but I'm curious how effective these methods are in practice. For example, how often do neighborhood cameras or public transportation records actually lead to breakthroughs? Given that the Dallas PD deals with so many cases, I wonder if they have enough resources to really dive deep into the footage. It must be challenging to manage with the sheer volume of data. If anyone knows how these tools are being utilized in other missing person cases, it would be interesting to hear your insights.
