I can't stop thinking about that beautiful Homegoing Service for Trey last month. It was obvious how loved he was by so many people. Bishop Percy McCray said some truly touching words, and you could feel the overwhelming support in the air. One thing that really struck me was how engaged Trey was within his community and his church. Seeing all those folks come together to celebrate his life and offer strength to his family was both heartwarming and incredibly moving. I didn’t know him personally, but hearing those personal stories made me feel connected to someone who clearly had such a positive impact on everyone he met. My heart goes out to his family, especially his siblings. Losing someone so young and full of life doesn’t get any easier, but sharing those joyful memories seemed to bring some comfort. Anyone else here who attended or heard stories from the service? Would love to hear more about how he's remembered. ?
