I just can’t stop thinking about how this has impacted Deon's family, especially his sisters. Losing a brother and father figure like Deon in such an unforeseen and violent way must be an unimaginable strain on them. Growing up with an older brother who constantly brings joy and laughter into your life creates such cherished memories, and it must be so painful to have that abruptly taken away. I imagine this loss is especially hard given how close they were, with him ensuring they always felt loved. It’s crucial for the community to come together and support Deon's family during this incredibly challenging time. I hope that anyone with information comes forward to help bring some closure and justice for them. ??
I was thinking about the street corner where Deon was found, and it hit me how many people pass by without knowing what happened there. It’s like such a bustling place during the day, and then this tragic event unfolded in the quiet of the night. It makes me wonder how many witnesses might have been around that area earlier, maybe without realizing they saw something significant.
I can't help but think about his family and those little moments leading up to all of this—the very last routine day he might have shared with his son and sisters. I hope they eventually find peace and justice for Deon. If anyone was around Texas and Sixth on the evening of March 16th, even if it seems insignificant, please reach out to the authorities. It's utterly devastating to hear about what happened to Deon "Dee" Coleman Jr. I can't stop thinking about his young son and how this tragedy will impact him. It’s so incredibly unfair that he will have to grow up without his father’s love and guidance. No child should experience such a loss.
I’ve been following news out of Natchitoches and it seems like there haven't been many updates on the investigation. It’s hopeful that the community is coming together to support Deon's family during this unimaginably tough time.
