Hey everyone, has anyone heard if there’s been any movement on Malik "Meezy" Mills' case? I was reading through some posts and noticed there's very little info about what happened to him. It’s really sad considering how young he was and the family he left behind. I'm curious if his community has heard anything or if there’s been any updates from local news or authorities. It must be incredibly difficult for his family to not even have answers. If anyone has more details or if there’s any way for us to help keep his story in the public eye so they can get some justice, please share. Keeping his loved ones in my thoughts.

Hey everyone, I've been following Malik "Meezy" Mills' case, and I can't help but think about the community's reaction to his passing. It feels like such a shockwave hit both Donaldsonville and Baton Rouge. I've read some posts where people talk about how active and beloved he was in his community—always putting on that infectious smile. It really makes you wonder how the community is coping without him now. I've seen how communities can sometimes come together beautifully in times of tragedy, but it's still so hard. I'm particularly moved by the tribute from his friends and family during the funeral at St. Charles Baptist Church. It must have been so emotional to see all those people coming together to remember and celebrate his life. I'm curious if anyone from the area could share how the local communities have been honoring Malik or any events that have been held in his memory? Keeping Malik, his little boy, and the entire family in my thoughts.
