I can't stop thinking about the broader impact Johnny Trailer Jr.'s death must have on the Lafayette community. Losing someone in such a violent way is incredibly hard to process, and it seems like this tragedy has shaken everyone, especially with the recent losses of the two students as well. I really feel for the students and staff at the local schools. Support systems in these situations are crucial, and I'm glad to hear the Lafayette Parish School System is stepping up to assist those affected. I hope the community continues to come together and support each other through this incredibly challenging time. Sending love to Johnny’s family and friends. If anyone has any information, please consider reaching out—what you know could really make a difference.
