I’ve been following the case of Anthony Babino Jr., and I just can’t stop thinking about how senseless this tragedy is. So young and full of potential. I heard Anthony, or “Ant” as his friends called him, was actually planning to go back to school and had dreams of making a big impact in his community. It’s such a shame his life was cut short before he could fulfill any of those goals. What really strikes me is how the community of Scott seems to be rallying around his family. The memorial services are expected to be packed with people who knew and loved him. It’s clear that he touched a lot of lives in his 21 years. I hope that his family knows they have a whole town behind them and that justice will be served in his name. Does anyone have more details on the support efforts or how people are coming together for his family? It would be great to hear positive stories amidst the sadness.
