Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the nicknames Edwin had, like "Iron Head" and "Music." To me, this says so much about the kind of person he was; someone with a strong spirit and a deep love for music. It's like his friends and family knew these little snippets about him that they wanted to share with the world just through his names. It makes me wonder if music was a big part of how he connected with people or if it played a role in his life somehow, maybe even providing comfort during tough times.
It's so tough knowing that someone so loved and with such a vibrant personality had their life cut short. Gun violence is such a senseless tragedy, and it's horrendous that it took someone who seemed to have such an impact on those around him. I'm really hoping for some justice and peace for Edwin’s family—they’ve been enduring so much pain and uncertainty.
Anyone who might know more or has any information, please speak up. People who cared about Edwin deserve answers, and the more we talk, the more we can hopefully keep his memory alive and support his family.

Has anyone else heard more about the memorials being planned for Edwin Hilton? I find it very touching how the community in New Orleans is coming together to honor him. He seems to have touched so many lives, and his friends and family must be going through such a difficult time. I read about the Celebration of Life Service at Ebenezer Baptist Church, but I’ve also heard mentions of other smaller gatherings where people are sharing stories and remembering him. It’s incredible how a person's life can bring so many people together, even amidst such a tragedy. If anyone has more details on these memorials or knows how to support the family, please share. They could really use all the love and support right now.
