Has anyone else noticed the lack of updates on the Victor Herate-Perez case? The BOLO was issued last year, and I haven't seen any major developments since. It's odd that he took some personal items from his foster home but hasn’t resurfaced anywhere. I’m beginning to wonder if he had a plan beyond just running away. Does anyone have thoughts on why the trail might have gone cold? Maybe there's something about the area around Roland that we're missing?
I was thinking about Victor's case and the fact that he took some of his personal items when he left. It makes me wonder if he was planning to leave for a while or if it was more of a spur-of-the-moment decision. I mean, teenagers can be unpredictable, but bringing personal items seems like he had some intention. Also, why leave behind anything at all, considering that foster situations can be quite unstable? Just trying to get a sense of his mindset. Has anyone looked into whether he had any friends or contacts in the area he might have gone to? Missing almost a year now, I hope the authorities are exploring every angle.
