I can't stop thinking about the unimaginable pain the Brooks family must be going through right now. My heart goes out to them. As a parent, it's terrifying to think about how quickly things can go wrong. This tragic event highlights the dire need for anyone with firearms at home to double-check and make sure they're stored safely out of reach of little hands. It seems like such a small oversight, but the consequences are just so devastating. It's easy to want to place blame, but it's clear the family is already suffering tremendously. I hope this tragedy serves as a wake-up call to others about the importance of gun safety. If anything, let's spread the word and make sure no other family has to endure such a loss. Keeping Milo and his loved ones in my thoughts.
