Has anyone heard more about how Kenny's family is holding up? I can't imagine what they're going through, especially his child growing up without him. I've seen a few interviews where his family talked about how dedicated he was to making a good life for his kid. It's reassuring that the authorities have made an arrest, but it’s disheartening to think about how much his family still has to endure. If anyone comes across updates or ways to support them, please share. Families need all the strength they can get in times like these. Also, remember the investigators are still piecing things together, so any little detail could really help bring the entire truth to light. I wanted to touch on a part of Kenny Martinez's case that deeply sticks with me. It’s really hard to wrap my head around how much support his family and especially his child must need right now. Kenny was only 21 and was known to be a devoted father. It's terrible that his child will now have to grow up without him.
Has there been any talk in the community or with local groups about starting any support initiatives for children who’ve lost a parent due to violence? It feels like something that could really help make a difference for families who find themselves in these tragic situations. Especially in Portland, where community is strong, providing some form of ongoing support or network could mean so much to those affected.
My heart goes out to Kenny's family, and if anyone has any information about similar support efforts or would be interested in starting something like this, please share. It's important we keep finding ways to come together and support each other in the face of senseless violence.

I was just reading about this case and it really struck a chord with me. Kenny Martinez seemed like such a genuine young man who was doing his best to be there for his child.
