Has anyone else noticed the ongoing concern about security at the Charles Point complex since the tragic shooting? It’s devastating to hear about the loss of Christian Jonathan Torres and Dontrell Xavier Manninen—my heart goes out to their families. But I can't shake the feeling that something needs to change in terms of safety measures there. I've read a few comments about legal actions potentially being taken against the property management. Does anyone know if previous incidents have happened at Charles Point that might have prompted security improvements before now? It just seems like these shootings are a wake-up call for property owners to reassess the safety of their tenants.
