Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case involving Samuel P. Waters, and it's been on my mind how unsettling it is when violence erupts in a community that feels like home to so many. What's been bothering me is how William O'Brien was found wearing body armor. It's such an eerie detail that makes me wonder about his intentions or his state of mind leading up to this horrible event. It almost seems like he was expecting or preparing for something even more chaotic. It’s hard to wrap my head around the idea that he not only brought a firearm but also thought he needed such protection. I'm hoping this part of the investigation sheds more light on why things escalated so horribly that day. My heart goes out to Samuel’s family and friends during this unimaginable time.
