Has anyone been following the upcoming arraignment for Edgar Nerys in the Canizales case? It’s scheduled for October 12, and I can't even imagine the emotions that Santos' family is going through right now. It must be incredibly tough for them to face the court proceedings so soon after their loss. I hope the justice system can move swiftly and fairly to bring some sense of justice for Santos. His family deserves peace and support during this time. Also, can anyone provide insight into what usually happens during an arraignment? I'm trying to understand the next steps in the legal process.

Have any Chelsea locals here noticed a rise in activity around Congress Ave and Shurtleff Street in recent months? I was just thinking about Santos David Canizales and how heartbreaking this loss must be for his family. I lived near that intersection a while back, and it was relatively quiet then. This tragedy has really caught my attention. Does anyone have insight into whether there have been changes or increased tension in that area leading up to October 8th? My thoughts are with Santos' family and friends during this hard time. It's so important we figure out how to prevent senseless tragedies like this.
