I've been following the case in Bolingbrook since it happened, and there's one detail that really caught my attention—the sheer bravery of Tania Stewart during such an unimaginably horrific event. I can't begin to fathom the terror she must have faced, yet she had the presence of mind to play dead in order to survive. That kind of instinct under life-threatening stress is just incredible. It’s comforting to know that she’s now in stable condition, but the emotional scars must be profound. I hope she's getting all the support she needs to navigate through this, along with the grief of losing her daughter and fiancé in one fell swoop. The community has been fantastic with their support, and I truly hope that it extends not just in those immediate moments after the tragedy, but far beyond as she begins to heal. Thoughts? Has anyone heard how Tania is doing now? I feel like she's going to need a lot of love and care moving forward.

I came across a small but touching detail about the March 5 tragedy and thought it might bring some comfort to know how the community has been rallying around those affected. At the vigil for Samiya, Cartez, and little Sanai, there was a moment where neighbors started sharing stories about the victims, painting a beautiful, albeit bittersweet, picture of their lives. Samiya's friends talked about her passion for dance and how she always had a smile on her face, and it just struck me how deeply connected and supportive this community is. It's comforting to see such a strong display of unity in the face of such a horrific event, even as everyone grapples with their grief. Has anyone else heard more about how the community is continuing to support Tania and the others who are hurting right now? It's just so moving to see everyone coming together during such an incredibly difficult time.
