I’m particularly interested in the location where this happened—the 700 block of Kane Street. Does anyone know if this area has had a history of similar violent incidents, or is this an isolated case? It seems crucial to understand if the area itself is somehow a hotspot for these kinds of crimes. It’s a small comfort knowing a reward is being offered for information, but I sincerely hope someone steps forward soon to bring justice for Ramon and his loved ones.
