I’ve been following Jacolby Donaldson’s case, and one thing that really stands out to me is how young he was. Just 21, with presumably so much life and potential ahead of him, yet it was stolen away in such a violent manner. I can’t even imagine what his family is going through—losing someone is unbearably difficult, but having no answers must be torturous. It's been a decade now, and it seems like there are still so many questions. Someone somewhere knows something, and it’s saddening that they haven’t come forward yet. I truly hope Project Cold Case and the reward offer can help break the silence surrounding this tragedy. It’s crucial for Jacolby’s loved ones to get the closure they deserve, and justice to be served. If anybody here knows anything, please contact the authorities or share it anonymously if necessary. Every little bit of information could be the key to solving this case. My thoughts are with Jacolby’s family and friends—may they eventually find peace.

Does anyone else find it puzzling how little coverage Jacolby's case has received over the years? With so many open murder cases, it's easy for some to slip through the cracks, but Jacolby was only 21, and the circumstances around his death are unique. Shot in what police call a targeted attack, yet no suspects, no arrests? It just doesn't sit right with me. This happened near the Gateway Town Center in a fairly busy part of Jacksonville. How has nothing surfaced? It's so important to keep these stories alive, and I’m glad Project Cold Case is shining a light on it. I really hope someone out there knows something and decides to come forward. His family deserves closure, and Jacolby deserves justice. If anyone has thoughts or ideas on what more can be done to bring attention to this, let's brainstorm. We can't let this case go cold.

I came across Jacolby Donaldson’s case while browsing through Project Cold Case's site, and I can't stop thinking about it. What really gets me is the location—near Gateway Town Center in Jacksonville. That area used to be bustling, and it's disturbing to think something so violent happened there. How can a place that once felt like a community hub turn into a crime scene with no answers for ten years? It’s just so unfair to Jacolby and his family that there’s still no closure. Surely someone saw something or knows something. I wish people understood how crucial even the tiniest piece of information could be in breaking a case like this wide open. My thoughts are with his family; I can’t imagine the pain of not having closure after all these years.
