Hey everyone, I've been following Steve's case since he went missing in Deadhorse, and I can't help but think about the weather conditions up there during his caribou hunting trip. Does anyone know what the weather was like around that time? I've read that it can be pretty harsh with sudden changes, and I'm wondering if a storm or unexpected weather event could have played a role. Also, do we have any info on what his usual steps were in such situations? It seems like the search teams did their best, but sometimes weather can make things really tricky. Any thoughts?

Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Steve, who vanished while on a caribou hunting trip in Deadhorse. Has anyone else been puzzled by the fact that his backpack and walking poles were found, but there's still no trace of him? ? I mean, leaving behind his backpack and walking poles seems strange for an experienced hunter like Steve, especially in such a remote and challenging environment. Does anyone familiar with the area think the terrain or wildlife there could have played a role in his disappearance, or could it be something else entirely? Just trying to wrap my head around how someone could go missing like this, and the search efforts turning up little to no leads is baffling. Would love to hear more thoughts or theories, especially from people who might know the terrain, the wildlife, or have insights from similar cases. Stay safe, everyone.
