I've been following the case of Victoria Tillotson from Moline, and something I keep coming back to is the location where she was found. The car was parked in an area that seems pretty public, considering it's an apartment building parking lot. It makes me wonder if there were any witnesses who saw something but haven't spoken up yet. Maybe they don't realize what they saw was important? Considering the time of day, it feels like someone might have noticed something unusual. I really hope anyone with even the smallest piece of information feels encouraged to come forward. It’s so tragic to think about what Victoria’s friends and family must be going through. They deserve answers and justice for Victoria. If I were in that area, I’d definitely be checking if there were any security cameras from nearby buildings that might have caught something.
