I've been following this tragic story of Ledereon Williams, and my heart truly goes out to his family and friends who must be going through an unimaginable time. What stands out to me is the sheer brazenness of this crime in a residential area. It's worrying to think about how someone carried out this shooting and managed to slip away unnoticed.
East Garfield Park has been a tough neighborhood with its challenges, but it's the sense of community that gives hope. I wonder if anyone in the area saw or heard anything that might assist the investigation.
